By using Frametify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Frametify for personal or commercial creative work in accordance with applicable law.
3. Purchases and Billing
- Paid features are offered through auto-renewing monthly subscriptions and lifetime one-time purchases.
- Subscription billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account.
- Subscription renewals are managed by Apple and can be canceled in your Apple account settings.
- Lifetime purchases are one-time and do not auto-renew.
4. Refunds
All refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies. We cannot directly issue refunds for App Store transactions.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of screenshots and media you import into Frametify. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use any content you process or export.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use Frametify to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or process unlawful content.
7. Service Changes
Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time to improve reliability and product quality.
8. Disclaimer
Frametify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Frametify.
